Refurbished Class C Majestic Pics

If you follow the Buying a Rental Class C. How many of us out there? (Long)  thread for buying a former Class C rental (and if considering a Class C you should review the thread) we went the other day to Cruise America in Orlando and took a look at the units.  The salesman from Cruise America provided us some pics which I am sharing here:

These units are maintained per Ford maintenance schedules and anything broken is replaced during rental process.   When done at 5 years of rental life, they are refurbished pretty well and cleaned up

Try reviewing the above thread for history over the past few years with the successes that folks who have bought these units share.... you can see on the internets all sorts of person's opinions but no actual owners except in this thread that I can find, so I would rather trust honest feedback from actual owners other than armchair opinions from people who have no experience.

One thing to remember Cruise America does offer an extended warranty on "lubricated" parts on engine and transmission but if its not something that is lubricated with oil or transmission fluid not sure if you would get your money's worth, I think you would have to argue a bit with Cruise America to get coverage here... but I have no experience or have heard otherwise so it may just be conjecture on my part here.

But these engines and transmissions often get 300K miles out of them so if you buy one with 130K miles on it you should be able to expect to get another 100K out of it if properly maintained.

These units with the mileage they have would not be able to be covered under Camping Worlds - Good Sam warranty program as they are limited to RVs with no more than 80K.

But the Cruise America coach Warranty may be a worthwhile investment

Happiest Of Holidays and Merry Christmas!

A wonderful Holiday and Christmas Season...

First we decorated our house with Christmas Cheer!

Then we enjoyed A Miracle on 34th Street at Athens Theater in Deland FL which was a radio play with "commercial" breaks with Christmas dance and songs by very talented group of people... I dont have any pics of my own other than courtesy of Athens Theater.  Was a fantastic evening... the theater beautifully decorated and the cast superb!

Then we visited our good friends in Merritt Island, FL and enjoyed the Christmas Boat Parade! Was great to see everybody and the boats were awesome!  My fave was the boat with the A Christmas Story leg lamp on the bow! I hope that got a SPECIAL AWARD!

Santa in Florida has dolphin for Reindeer...

A Special Award... careful its Frag-ee-lee!

Then we met my brother's family in Orlando after New Years at Gaylord Palms ICE exhibit.... so beautiful and so cold at 5 degrees F in the display... it was based on Twas Night Before Christmas... was so good to see family we haven't seen for a while...

And then the reason for the season.... Beautiful full sized Creche:

And family...

And a very special New Years Eve celebration with old friends and some new ones...
